Privacy, by minimalism

The simplest privacy policy is one that has very little to explain. This is close.

Last updated: 12 June 2026

Amber Field Trail is a free social-casino entertainment platform. We've designed it to need almost nothing from you, which makes this policy short and, we hope, refreshingly clear. This page explains what we do and don't handle, and the rights you have under Swiss and European law.

What we don't collect

We want to be direct about the absences, because they're the heart of our approach:

What stays on your device

To work at all, the site keeps a few small items in your browser's own storage. These never leave your device and aren't transmitted to us:

Clear your browser data at any time and these are gone, with no effect beyond resetting your free balance. Our cookies policy covers them in more detail.

Server logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical request data — such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request — for security and reliability. These logs are not used to build profiles of you and are retained only for the limited period our provider needs for operational purposes.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection regarding personal data. Because we don't hold accounts or personal profiles, there's usually nothing for us to retrieve — but you're welcome to contact us with any request and we'll respond in good faith.

Children

Amber Field Trail is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be reflected clearly on this page.

In short: no accounts, no payments, no tracking. A handful of essential items live in your browser and nowhere else.
